We are a family run business founded by the owner James in 1998.
We are based in Highcliffe, Dorset. We provide a full range of specialist Plumbing and Heating services to a large number of customers across New Milton, Christchurch, Bournemouth and throughout Dorset and Hampshire.
With over 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating trade, the team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of plumbing and heating.
The team are Gas Safe registered.
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a professional, reliable and friendly service. We feel that this is one of the main reasons why we have so many long-standing customers and receive a high volume of customer referrals.

Meet The Team
James
James started JP Plumbing & Heating in 1998. As his reputation grew so did the company, taking on more engineers to become the business it is today. The company went limited in 2017 but still holds the same values today as it did when James was flying solo. James’ partner Vanessa also works with the team in the office, so it’s become a real family business! Together they have 4 young children which keeps them very busy! When not spending time with his family or working, James enjoys fishing; gaming and taking their boat out on the Solent.
Vanessa
Vanessa left her finance job in 2014 to join the team, supporting James in the office and managing the administration side of things.
Together they have 4 young children and when Vanessa isn’t working or spending time with her family, she enjoys reading; gritty TV dramas; horse-riding; yoga and walks in the surrounding forest and beaches.
Martin
Martin joined the JP team in 2014 having previously undertaken work for them for a while as a subcontractor.
In his spare time Martin enjoys Mountain biking; fishing; camping; cooking and spending time with his 2 children.
Ryan
Ryan joined the team as an apprentice in 2014, going on to successfully qualify in 2018.
When he’s not working, Ryan enjoys Mountain biking; producing music; exploring caves around the Dorset coast and gaming.
Luke
Luke has over 10 years experience under his belt since qualifying and joined us as an experienced engineer in 2016.
When he’s not grafting for JP Plumbing, Luke enjoys socialising with friends; football; playing piano and enjoying the beautiful coastline on his Jet Ski!
